Can I order a bespoke strap?

Of course you can, that’s why we’re here! Simply let us know what you would like, colour, size, material etc and we can let you know if we can make it but also how long it will take and the price. Rule of thumb we suggest a 14 day turnaround on a bespoke strap.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use the world famous ‘Stripe’ to process payments on our site. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery in the UK is on us, that means its free. You can’t ask for more than that. Outside of the UK shipping varies by country and will be populated at checkout

How long will delivery take?

We aim to despatch all orders the following working day and within the UK delivery takes 2-3 working days. Outside of the UK delivery depends on method and destination

How should I care for my strap?

Any leather requires care, just like shoes and bags. They don’t like water so don’t shower or swim in leather straps. Rotate frequently or keep them on for beautiful patina!

Refund Policy

We honour refunds as long as the strap is returned to us in its original packaging and unworn within 14 days. Due to the nature of wear on the leathers once it has been mounted and bent we can not accept returns
